Signature platters for weddings, engagement parties, 21st parties or any other celebratory event make a cool gift for remembering the special day.  It gives your guests a simple way of participating in your celebration and adding their mark for you to remember their presence.

Two different ways to create a signature platter:

1. 1. Paint a platter at Paint the Earth and take it to your celebration where guests etch their name/comment.  We will advise you how to paint to get the best etching result.  We will also give ideas for simple designs - or, for an extra fee, we can paint it for you.  We give you an instruction sheet to help your guests know what to do and we provide the etching tool.  Bring the platter back and we will glaze and fire it for you ready for pick-up in 4-5 days.
   
   
2. 2. Take an unpainted platter to your event with one of our special pencils for your guests to write their name/comment.  Bring the platter back and use one of our paint-pens to go over the writing - or, for an extra fee, we can paint it for you.  You can also paint a design around the writing or finish it off with a border.  Our staff will advise you in this.  Leave it with us to glaze and fire.
