Private bookings

A private booking at Paint The Earth is a fantastic way for the friends, family or the team to engage in your own exclusive ceramic painting session at our studio

The team at Paint The Earth welcome your group for an after-hours booking at our Rosedale studio. These are very popular for team building, bridal showers or birthdays, and we always get fantastic feedback.

After-hours bookings are intended for larger private or corporate groups outside of our normal opening hours allowing your booking to have the studio for your exclusive use. Bookings are generally available any evening, with a start time between 5:00pm to 6:00pm and latest finish time of 9:00pm. Other days and times will be considered by request. In the first instance please make your booking enquiry via our website booking form, then we will be in touch with more details.

After hours bookings require a studio fee payable at the time of confirmation to secure your booking date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until Paint The Earth has provided written confirmation and received payment of the studio Fee. After hours bookings also have a conservative minimum spend which will be advised when we share the details, but as a guide this is the equivalent of 8-10 people each painting a mid-priced ceramic piece. We can seat up to 90 people, so have plenty or space to accommodate your group. For clarity the studio fee is in addition to the minimum spend value.

Payment of all the groups’ painted pieces is to be made in full at the immediate conclusion of your booking. We can offer bulk, individual, or split payments via EFT-POS; for example, if a company pays up to budget but an individual chooses a more expensive piece and pays the difference. Xero invoices can be provided upon request with prior written approval by Paint The Earth. Payment must be received in full prior to the collection of any finished pieces.

Private booking group can bring their own food and beverages into the studio. Responsible drinking polices apply. We are a ceramic painting studio primarily, hence do not have kitchen facilities, therefore food is intended to be light nibbles or finger foods. Many group organisers choose Uber Easts or pizza to be delivered from one of the many local eateries to keep things easy. We offer this light food option for our after hours bookings only, as we can manage this in the private setting, whereas this is not an option for casual bookings during our normal opening hours.
