Studio Lead

Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for a flexible role with weekend hours? Paint The Earth is looking for a hands-on, confident team player to join our team in a Studio Lead capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and thrives in leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a small team during shifts
Deliver excellent customer service
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage inventory and stock presentation
Delegate tasks and support staff as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
First Aid certificate (a bonus, but not required)
